General requirements for poster presentation
The deadline for poster presentations has been extended until August 16, 2025
The main requirement for the design of a poster presentation is a clear and concise presentation of the key points of the work. The presentation should not be overloaded with secondary information.
Poster size: recommended format no larger than A1, portrait (vertical) orientation. The title of the work is printed in upright font (at least 48 font size) at the top. Below are the names of the authors and the supervisor, the name of the institution where the work was completed (recommended font size no less than 36). The text containing the main information is printed in upright font (18 font size).
Recommended poster sections:
- Introduction (optional);
- Relevance, goals and objectives of the work;
- Research methodology;
- Results;
- Conclusions;
- References, acknowledgments (if necessary);
- information on implementation in production or scientific activity (if any)
- Recommended design: figures and tables should have titles. The format of figures, tables, letter height, line thickness on graphs, etc. should ensure the ability to read the material from a distance of at least 2 m.
During the entire period of the poster session, at least one of the authors of the presented report must be at their stand and be ready to provide comprehensive information regarding the essence of the research performed. Presentation of two or more poster reports at the session by one speaker at the same time is not allowed.
Materials for review must be submitted to the Program Committee through the registration form on the conference website no later than August 16, 2025.
